Mars Building Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead and supervise on-site construction activities for multi-residential and commercial projects in Newcastle and the Hunter region. You will coordinate subcontractors, drive the programme, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager or Senior Foreperson experience on multi-residential or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong experience managing structures (concrete, formwork, reinforcement and post-tension).
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• A proactive approach to programme, safety and quality management.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all subcontractor activities on site.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design documentation, specifications and scope.
• Coordinate construction activities to maintain programme milestones and productivity.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and authorities to facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Support the broader site team in achieving successful project outcomes.
