Job summary

Port Fresh Seafoods in Port Macquarie is seeking hands-on seafood processors to join our friendly team. You will process fresh seafood, fillet fish and shuck oysters, and help pack orders for local restaurants and retailers.

We offer a supportive, family-owned environment with shifts Monday through Saturday (no nights unless peak periods like Christmas and Easter). A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in seafood handling (filleting/shucking) is essential.
• A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Confidence working both independently and in a team
• Good communication and basic numeracy skills
• A current Australian Driver's Licence
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and be on your feet for most of the day
