Job summary

Sea Queen Bait, a Noosa-based family-owned fishing bait manufacturer, is seeking a Process Worker Fish Products & Delivery Driver for a casual position. The role supports manufacturing and operations, with up to 38 hours per week and flexibility to fit around other jobs.

Expect early starts from 6:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, no weekend work. Duties include hand packing, labelling, general cleaning, taking orders, invoicing, and occasional local deliveries in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Be task/process focused and able to complete repetitive work to a high standard.
• Willing to be trained and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work unsupervised at times and be reasonably physically fit.

Process Worker Fish Products & Delivery Driver

We are a Noosa based, family owned fishing bait manufacturing company which currently have a casual position open for a diligent and reliable fish processor / factory hand & some delivery driving work.

The primary focus of this role is to provide assistance where necessary with all manufacturing and operation processes. You will be required to liaise with managers and co-workers. This will be a casual position with up to 38 hours each week, can be flexible for the right candidate and work shifts around another job and can potentially become a full time position

No weekend work is required, however early starts is a requirement as our operating times are 6:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Available for 5 days per week for up to 10 hour shifts
• Hand packing and labelling of frozen fish products
• Cleaning
• Some delivering may be required in business vehicles
• Manual car licence is a must
• Forklift license would be a bonus, but not essential
• General duties as directed by the Production Manager & Office Manager
• Must have reliable transport
• Taking phone orders
• Typing up invoices
