Job summary

Poulos Bros Seafoods is seeking a full-time Fish Process Worker based in Morningside, QLD. In this hands-on role, your main responsibility will be trimming fish and contributing to our production team to deliver fresh seafood to retailers and restaurants.

You will fillet, skin, trim and portion a variety of fish, prepare seafood to customer specifications, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation while following food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Confident knife skills and good product knowledge.
• Reliable, punctual and efficient.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.

• Able to work Monday to Friday with no midnights.
