You’ll lead our Sales Development team to build a predictable, high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
This is a hands‑on leadership role combining coaching, performance management, and sales strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving SDR performance, improving conversion rates, and building the systems and processes needed to scale pipeline generation.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, qualification, and handoff, while developing SDRs into high performers and future Account Executives.
