NW Mining & Civil seeks two scraper operators for a tailings dam wall lift project at a remote mine site south of Cloncurry. Immediate start, 12-hour day shifts, roster 2 weeks on 1 week off. You’ll stay in camp and be flown in from Brisbane or Townsville as needed.

Experience with bulk earthworks and RII for scraper is essential; tailings dam exposure is preferred. Reliable team players who prioritise safety will fit well.

• Immediate start, $54/hr

NW Mining & Civil are seeking 2 experienced scraper operators for a tailings dam wall lift project at a remote mine site south of Cloncurry.

The project is underway and is due for completion in Jan/Feb next year, we require experienced operators who are available straight away and have scraper experience along with the RII.

Bulk earthworks experience is essential and tailings dam experience is preferred, you should also be reliable, a team player and committed to safety on the job.

Local Mt Isa or Cloncurry applicants are preferred, otherwise flights are available from Brisbane or Townsville only, so you must live close to either airport. You’ll be staying at camp while on shift.

Roster is 2 weeks on, 1 week off, working 12hr day shifts. Travel time on the charter flight is paid. Pay rate is $54/hr flat rate.

Applicants who already have a medical including MMQ RHS will be highly regarded as you can commence work sooner.
