Charles Hull Contracting is seeking a skilled Scraper Operator to join our Western Australian team at the South 32 Boddington Bauxite Mine. You will operate a Caterpillar 637 scraper to perform topsoil stripping, overburden removal, rehabilitation, stockpile work and haul road construction with a focus on safety and high-quality output.

The role offers a 28-day Sportsman roster, day shifts 06:05 to 18:20, and will include competitive hourly rates plus site allowances and incentive payments.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience on Caterpillar 637 Scraper is required.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (HR is desirable)
• Safety-focused mindset with a solid work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Scraper Operator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for operating a Caterpillar 637 scraper to undertake topsoil stripping, overburden removal, rehabilitation, stockpile and haul road construction and maintenance, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Roster & Location:

28-day Sportsman Roster, 4 days on, 5 days off, 5 days on, 4 days off, 5 days on, 5 days off, working day shift only 06:05 to 18:20. Based at the South 32 Boddington Bauxite Mine.

About you:

• You will have demonstrated experience on Caterpillar 637 Scraper.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (HR is desirable)

What we offer:

• Competitive hourly rates: Full time $34.70 – $37.60/hour with penalties, plus $5/hour site allowance and $5/hour incentive payment.
