Charles Hull Contracting is seeking a skilled Mining Services Dozer Operator to join our Western Australian team. You will operate Cat D10 or D11 dozers to support rehabilitation and production mining, including bench preparation and haul road work at the South 32 Boddington Mine.

The role follows a 28-day Sportsman roster (4 days on, 5 off; 5 days on, 4 off…), with day shifts 06:05–18:20, based on site. HR licence desirable and pre-employment checks required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating Cat D10 or D11 Dozers.
• Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation and production mining environments.
• Ability to conduct cut-to-fill and contouring work to design levels.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (HR desirable).
• Safety focused mindset with a solid work ethic.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mining Services Dozer Operator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for operating a Cat D10 or D11 dozer to support rehabilitation and production operations, undertaking bench preparation, haul road construction and maintenance, and general earthworks.

Roster & Location: 28-day Sportsman Roster, 4 days on, 5 days off, 5 days on, 4 days off, 5 days on, 5 days off, working day shift only 06:05 to 18:20. Based at the South 32 Boddington Bauxite Mine.

About you:

• Must have experience on Cat D10 or D11 Dozers
• Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation and production mining environments.
• Ability to conduct cut-to-fill and contouring work to design levels.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (HR is desirable)
• Safety focused mindset with a solid work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

• Competitive hourly rates: Full time $36.60 – $38.60/hour with penalties, plus $5/hour site allowance and $5/hour incentive payment.
