Job summary

Charles Hull Contracting is seeking a skilled Scraper Operator to join our Western Australian team at the South 32 Boddington Bauxite Mine. You will operate a Caterpillar 637 scraper to perform topsoil stripping, overburden removal, rehabilitation, stockpile work and haul road construction with a focus on safety and high-quality output.

The role offers a 28-day Sportsman roster, day shifts 06:05 to 18:20, and will include competitive hourly rates plus site allowances and incentive payments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience on Caterpillar 637 Scraper is required.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (HR is desirable)
• Safety-focused mindset with a solid work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Caterpillar 637 scraper to undertake topsoil stripping, overburden removal, rehabilitation, stockpile and haul road construction/maintenance.
• Work on a 28-day Sportsman roster, days 06:05–18:20, onsite at South 32 Boddington Bauxite Mine.
