Job summary

Melbourne CityMission Inc. is seeking a Team Leader, School to Work to lead the delivery of the Victorian Government's School to Work program across an allocated region, providing day-to-day leadership and support to Coordinators while driving strong outcomes for schools, employers and students.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role focuses on building partnerships, expanding work-based learning opportunities, and creating sustainable education-to-employment pathways through employer

Qualifications

• Lead, coach and support a team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused services and achieve regional performance targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, employers, industry bodies and community stakeholders
• Identify and develop work-based learning opportunities, including work experience, structured workplace learning and apprenticeship pathways
• Analyse performance data, monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Balance operational leadership with direct stakeholder engagement and service delivery responsibilities
