University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking a School Operations Assistant to provide high-quality admin and operational support for the day-to-day running of a School on the Wollongong Campus.
You will join a collaborative professional services team, manage meetings and records, and help deliver initiatives across the Faculty and School, ensuring a positive staff and student experience while supporting leadership and central units.

The School Operations Assistant provides high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of a School. Working as part of a collaborative professional services team, you will support key academic and business activities, coordinate meetings and events, maintain records and systems, and provide responsive support to a diverse range of stakeholders. This role contributes to a positive staff and student experience while supporting broader Faculty and School initiatives.
This position sits within the School Operations team and reports to the School Operations Manager or School Coordinator. You will work closely with Heads of School, academic staff, professional services colleagues, Faculty leaders and central business units across the University. The team plays a critical role in enabling teaching, research and operational excellence by delivering responsive, customer-focused support services.
