Burrendah Primary School in Willetton, WA, is seeking to establish a pool of School Officers to cover permanent and fixed-term vacancies during 2027 and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be made for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Department of Education will oversee the pool and Burrendah Primary School will benefit from dedicated admin support, visitor engagement, and routine enquiry handling to support students and the school community.

Formación

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
• Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
• Additional eligibility and training requirements are outlined in the attached Job Description Form (JDF).

Responsabilidades

• Greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information.
• Distribute and collect documents, forms and mail.
• Collect and receipt monies, operate and maintain office equipment, input data and generate reports.
• Arrange catering for school functions and make travel arrangements for staff.
• Assist with maintenance of school facilities and support student-related activities such as attendance records and enrolment procedures.
