Job summary

Ambrose Treacy College is seeking an IT Systems and Applications Administrator to support, maintain and enhance the College's technology infrastructure, enterprise applications and business systems. The role provides advanced technical support, helps with service desk operations and ensures secure access to technology services across staff and students.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-quality technical support in a service desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support via the College's service desk platform.
• Maintain and administer College systems, infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Support and maintain SQL databases and data management processes.
• Assist with system integrations and automation using Power Automate and APIs.
• Maintain SSL certificates, disaster recovery processes and system documentation.
• Monitor system performance, security and reliability.
• Participate in projects aligned with College technology objectives.
• Collaborate with staff, students and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Undertake planned after-hours maintenance and respond to incidents.
