Job summary

Hunter Trade College is seeking a motivated ICT Officer to join our team in Telarah, NSW, on a permanent part-time job share (2 days per week, 8:00 am–3:00 pm). You will be the first point of contact for ICT support for staff and students on a single campus.

You will provide Level 1 and 2 support, configure Windows devices, and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Teams and SharePoint. Experience with ticketing systems and a customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Information Technology or currently studying towards ICT qualification.
Experience providing ICT support or service desk.
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, AD and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support to staff and students.
Respond to help desk requests and resolve issues promptly.
Configure and maintain Windows devices and user accounts.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Group Policy, MS Teams and SharePoint.
Assist with ICT projects, system upgrades, and new technologies.
Help maintain ICT equipment, software, and documentation.
