Murgon State School, operating under the Queensland Government Partnership Initiative, is seeking a financial support officer to assist the Principal with budgeting and daily financial tasks.

You will input and export data to OneSchool to support budgeting, oversee accounts payable/receivable, card monitoring, reconciliations and banking, and supervise school support staff. Strong communication with staff, families and the community is essential.

Mansioni

• Assist the Principal with the preparation of the school budget
• Administer day-to-day financial matters (accounts payable/receivable, corporate card monitoring, reconciliations, banking)
• Input and export data to/from OneSchool for budgeting and financial management
• Supervise day-to-day school support staff workloads and performance
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cooperation with school policies and requirements
