Responsibilities

• Assist AO8 Business Manager with budget planning and monitoring.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Oversee school excursions from start to finish.
• Process salary advances and other payroll-related tasks.
• Support development and implementation of budgets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate administrative and information management systems for planning.
• Contribute to End of Year financial processes.
• Liaise with Facility Manager on assets and stocktakes.
