Qualifications

• Experience in a finance admin or accounts support role.
• Sound knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in a school, education or not-for-profit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality finance and accounting operations across the School (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger).
• Assist with implementation of a new finance system and the Compass student information system, including data administration, testing and process improvement.
• Work as part of the Finance Team to ensure accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions.
