Iglu in Sydney is seeking an Accountant to join the Finance Team. This role focuses on running payroll, managing payables and receivables, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across the business.

Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will handle SAP Concur for expenses and staff training while supporting a fast-growing, collaborative finance function in Australia.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in financial accounting and payroll processing.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, Definitiv or SAP Concur is highly regarded.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute within a team environment.
• A related degree in accounting, finance or a similar field.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, hands-on environment.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, this role plays a key part in managing payroll and accounts payable, and strengthening financial accuracy and compliance across Iglu.

Key responsibilities include:

• Run the full payroll function, including reconciliations and reporting
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations across the business
