Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to deliver OT interventions for children from Foundation to Year 6.
• Ability to work within a collaborative professional team.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and reflect to manage caseload strategically.
• Strong communication with professionals, teachers and parents on service delivery.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and delivering development to others.
• Ability to assess functional needs and implement individualised strategies for inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Therapeutic Assessment and Planning: assess sensory, motor, cognitive, psychosocial function to inform planning.
• Intervention Delivery: develop and evaluate therapy programs to boost participation and independence.
• Capacity Building: provide PD to teachers and staff on sensory regulation and inclusion.
• Collaboration: work with a multidisciplinary team aligning therapy with learning goals.
• Leadership: contribute to school policies and drive inclusive practice and outcomes.
• Administrative Duties: maintain records and provide high-quality reports.
