Job summary

The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) is seeking a Scholarships Partner to lead end-to-end delivery of its scholarship programs, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants, scholars, and partners. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing budgets, and producing reporting on progress and impact.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of scholarships, ensure eligibility and communications, and maintain accurate records across CRM systems

Qualifications

• Experience managing scholarships, grants, or similar funding programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience drafting reports or program materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of scholarship programs from application to completion and reporting.
• Oversee application processes, eligibility criteria, timelines, and applicant communications.
• Deliver information sessions and support applicant engagement.
• Act as primary contact for applicants, scholars, and partners with professional communication.
• Build relationships with corporate, government, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support program delivery and data insights.
• Analyse program data to improve outcomes and reporting.
