The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) seeks a Scholarships Partner to lead end‑to‑end scholarship delivery, coordinating applications, scholars, and partners. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high standards, reporting, and compliance.

You will manage multiple programs, oversee budgets and acquittals, and deliver information sessions to engage applicants.

Formación

• Experience managing scholarships, grants, funding programs, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in financial administration and managing budgets, including payments, acquittals, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting reports or program materials.
• Experience using CRM systems and program platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, documentation, and reporting.
• A proactive, organised approach with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Professionalism and cultural awareness when working with diverse communities

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of scholarship programs, from application through to completion and reporting
• Oversee application processes, including eligibility criteria, timelines, and applicant communications
• Deliver information sessions and support applicant engagement
• Act as a key point of contact for applicants, scholars, and partners, ensuring professional and timely communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and community stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to support program delivery
• Analyse application and program data to generate insights and improve outcomes
• Prepare internal and external reports, including progress and impact reporting
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial acquittals across scholarship programs
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and scholarship platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Good Grants, Wisenet)
• Manage contracts and scholarship documentation
