Job summary

Water Corporation in Canning Vale is seeking a Technical Officer – Scheduling to assume the first point of contact for crews, contractors and the Operations Centre. You will manage work orders end-to-end, allocate resources, and adjust plans to minimise impact while supporting KPI delivery.

The role requires rotating rosters (6am–5pm) and a focus on safety, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration within a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service delivery scheduler.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work based on priority, due date, location and asset impact to meet KPIs.
• Allocate work to ensure crews are efficiently used through the week.
• Manage work orders by rescheduling, replanning or cancelling based on resources and rules.
• Identify and eliminate recurring trends in corrective work creation.
• Cover a rotating roster among 3 schedulers from 6am to 5pm.
