Bolton Clarke is seeking a permanent full-time Scheduler to coordinate client schedules across Southeast Queensland. You will manage direct-care staff, provide administrative support to the clinical and management team, and balance efficiency with our clients' cultural and lifestyle needs.
The role requires experience in scheduling and strong knowledge of scheduling systems, workforce management software, and Microsoft Office.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday. The role will be responsible for scheduling direct-care staff to meet our clients' needs across the Southeast Queensland region. You will also provide effective and efficient administrative support and assistance to our clinical and management team. Our Schedulers need to take a commercial view, looking at routine efficiencies, kilometres travelled, outsourcing levels, while balancing the needs of our customers cultural and lifestyle preferences. This role is complex and fast paced giving you the opportunity to stretch your scheduling skills and analytical thinking.
