Job summary

Moort Scaffolding invites Trade Assistants for a 6-8 week assignment with an immediate start on site in New South Wales. The role suits those looking to break into scaffolding or gain consistent site work, with working-at-heights requirements and basic tickets in place.

You will assist licensed scaffolders with erection, modification and dismantling of scaffold structures, handle and transport components, keep the site clean and safe, and support with exclusion zones and access control under

Qualifications

• Must have working at heights experience within the past two years.
• Confined space tickets and White Card required.
• Willingness to learn scaffolding alongside licensed scaffolders.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed scaffolders with the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffold structures.
• Handle, sort and transport scaffold components, materials and equipment around site.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite — housekeeping before, during and after tasks.
• Act as spotter and assist with exclusion zones, barricading and site access control.
• Follow all SWMS, site safety requirements and Moort Scaffolding's safety standards at all times.
