Job summary

Topdeck Scaffolding is seeking Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders, plus labourers with scaffolding experience, for ongoing work across the Northern Beaches. Training can be provided.

An experienced Leading Hand is also welcome and may receive an additional allowance; casual with view to full-time. The role involves erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding, working safely in a crew, and adhering to SWMS and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous scaffolding or construction experience.
• Current Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence.
• Current Australian working rights are essential.

Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Scaffolders/Leading Hand – Brookvale

Topdeck Scaffolding is looking for experienced scaffolders to join our team.

We are seeking Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders, as well as labourers with previous scaffolding experience who are keen to develop their skills. Training can be provided for the right applicants.

We also have an opportunity for an experienced scaffolder who is confident leading a crew, organising the team on site and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of jobs. A Leading Hand allowance will be paid in addition to the applicable EBA rate for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:

• Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding

• For Leading Hand applicants: leading and organising the crew on site and helping ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• Previous scaffolding experience or relevant construction experience


• Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence


• Labourers with previous scaffolding experience are also encouraged to apply


• Strong commitment to safety


• Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team


• Ability to get to our Brookvale yard easily and on time


• Own transport is strongly preferred, as much of our work is on the Northern Beaches


• Current Australian working rights are essential
