Complete Scaffold is seeking a Trade Assistant to join a growing scaffolding team on the South Coast of NSW. The role suits someone physically fit, reliable and eager to learn in a hands-on construction environment.

You’ll work with a small, supportive team assisting with scaffolding projects across the South Coast. A White Card and own transport are required, and you can start from Nowra, NSW.

Qualifications

• Reliable and motivated team player with a good work ethic.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
• Keen to gain experience in scaffolding and construction.
• Holds a valid White Card and reliable own transport.
• Can start from Nowra and travel to Bomaderry/South Coast NSW.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scaffolding projects across the South Coast.
• Support a small, close-knit team on site.
• Help with site preparation, material handling and safety practices.
