Job summary

Just Careers Training Pty Ltd, trading as Licences 4 Work, seeks an experienced Scaffolding Trainer & Assessor for our Cardiff training facilities. You will deliver high-quality training and assessment across CPCCLSF2001, CPCCLSF3001 and CPCCLSF4001, and support learners to achieve competency with industry-aligned practices.

The role requires TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and demonstrated scaffolding experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel to client

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality training and assessment in construction-related units.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment.
• Ensure training and assessment comply with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO obligations.
• Maintain accurate training records, assessment documentation and related admin.
• Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices.
• Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice.
• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Trainer & Assessorto join our growing team.

This role is based at our Cardiff training facilitiesand is responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in the following units of competency:

• CPCCLSF2001: Basic Scaffolding
• CPCCLSF3001: Intermediate Scaffolding
• CPCCLSF4001: Advanced Scaffolding

Whether you are an established trainer or an experienced scaffolding professional ready to move into training, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
• Ensure all training and assessment is delivered in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, assessment documentation and related administrative requirements
• Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices
• Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice
• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home

Requirements

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessmentor equivalent
• Competency in at least one of the scaffolding units listed above
• Demonstrated scaffolding industry experience and the ability to provide evidence of current industry skills and knowledge
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• A willingness to travel as required
