Job summary

Amazon LEO is seeking a Hardware Test Systems Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement comprehensive test solutions for satellite payload phased array antenna hardware design verification. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Architect, design, build, and operate hardware test systems for satellite hardware design verification at the bring-up, sub-system, and system levels.
Drive alignment with key partners and stakeholders on verification strategy.
Collaborate with design engineers to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
Build quantitative models (test coverage, reliability, throughput) to inform design trade studies and modifications.
Analyze test data and generate comprehensive test reports with recommendations.
Perform root cause analysis on test failures and drive continuous improvement of test systems.
