Job Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP testing efforts across modules, including Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Quality Management, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Design and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure test coverage across integration points between SAP modules and external systems.
• Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking using tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders and ensure sign-off.
• Manage test environments, data setup, and refresh cycles in collaboration with BASIS and functional teams.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to test analysts and offshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and best practices in SAP testing.
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants to validate business process flows and configurations.
• Monitor and report testing progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
• Support cutover and post-go-live testing activities to ensure system stability.
• Participate in change management and impact analysis for SAP releases.
• Ensure automation opportunities are identified and leveraged where applicable.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base for testing processes and lessons learned.
