Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Australia is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Testing expert to lead end-to-end validation of Employee Central and HR processes across client projects in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.

You will design real-world test scenarios, collaborate with HR stakeholders, and drive quality across large-scale HR transformation programs. Extensive hands-on testing and Playwright automation experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing, including functional, integration, and end-to-end validation.
• Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes and the employee lifecycle within enterprise HR environments.
• Proven experience in validating HR workflows, business rules, organizational structures, and workforce data configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design business outcome-driven test scenarios focused on real-world HR processes.
• Engage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into test cases.

Job Description:

Position: SAP Success Factor Testing

Location: Sydney/Melbourne/Perth

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing, including functional, integration, and end-to-end validation.
• Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes and the employee lifecycle within enterprise HR environments.
• Proven experience in validating HR workflows, business rules, organizational structures, and workforce data configurations.
• Ability to effectively engage with HR business stakeholders, gather requirements, provide constructive challenge, and ensure business needs are accurately translated into test scenarios.
• Experience supporting and testing large-scale HR transformation and digital transformation programs.
• Skilled in designing business outcome-driven test scenarios, focusing on real-world HR processes rather than solely system requirements.
• Strong analytical and defect management skills, with the ability to identify process and system gaps across complex HR landscapes.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Playwright test automation for web-based application testing.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and modern QA practices within HR technology implementations.
