Whizdom is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Technical Consultant to join a large enterprise environment in Australia on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors ECP, payroll stability, production support, and global payroll operations with emphasis on New Zealand payroll.

You will provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting, collaborate with global teams, and be available for out-of-hours support during critical payroll runs.

Competenze

• NZ payroll experience mandatory.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration and production support.
• Strong ABAP debugging and issue resolution skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, SAFe or Agile environments.
• Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or Payroll are preferred.

SAP SuccessFactors ECP Technical Consultant 12-Month Contract | Australia

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Technical Consultant to join a large, complex enterprise environment supporting business-critical payroll operations. The Role You’ll provide hands‑on technical support for SAP SuccessFactors ECP, with a strong focus on New Zealand payroll while supporting other geographies where required. The role covers payroll stability, production support, compliance, system configuration and platform health.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Maintain stable, secure and accurate production and standby environments.
• Support payroll processing, troubleshooting, configuration changes, transports and data integrity.
• Collaborate with global teams supporting payroll across multiple geographies.
• Provide out‑of‑hours support during critical payroll runs when required.

What We’re Looking For: Australian or New Zealand payroll experience is mandatory.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration, troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Strong payroll knowledge, particularly New Zealand payroll and compliance.
• Strong ABAP debugging and issue‑resolution skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, SAFe or Agile environments.
• Experience with SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, releases or testing would be advantageous.
• SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll certification is preferred.
