Job summary

Zone IT Solutions in Sydney, Australia, seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation Consultant to design, configure, and support SuccessFactors solutions for enterprise clients.

The role requires hands-on implementation across Employee Central and Compensation, including data models, RBPs, and integration scenarios with EC Payroll, and offers opportunities to work across diverse HR processes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years SAP SuccessFactors experience across EC & Compensation.
• 4–5+ end-to-end EC/Compensation implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll integration with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation solutions following best practices.
• Design and support complex HR business processes and Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Perform gap analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Support SuccessFactors bi-annual upgrades and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with customers to understand current/future-state requirements and provide solution guidance.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience to design, configure, and support SuccessFactors solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation solutions following best practices.
• Design and support complex HR business processes and Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Perform gap analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Support SuccessFactors bi-annual upgrades and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with customers to understand current/future-state requirements and provide solution guidance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with 4–5+ end-to-end implementations across EC & Compensation.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay certification.
• Strong experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events/Event Derivation and RBP.
• Hands-on experience with MDF Objects, Business Rules and Workflows.
• Experience with Compensation Route Maps, approval processes, step types, Variable Pay and combined templates.
• Strong knowledge of custom breakup calculations, Compensation Statements, Rewards & Recognition, Advanced/Ad-hoc Reporting.
• Experience integrating Employee Central with EC Payroll and other systems, including Integration Center.
• Good understanding of HR Business Processes and Talent Management.
