Job summary

Zone IT Solutions in Sydney is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central and Compensation to design, configure, and support enterprise implementations.

You will lead end-to-end projects, perform gap analysis, upgrades, and work with clients to map current and future processes, with certification requirements and strong knowledge of EC, Compensation, and integration with payroll.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with 4–5+ end-to-end implementations across EC & Compensation.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay certification.
• Strong experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events/Event Derivation and RBP.
• Hands-on experience with MDF Objects, Business Rules and Workflows.
• Experience with Compensation Route Maps, approval processes, step types, Variable Pay and combined templates.
• Strong knowledge of custom breakup calculations, Compensation Statements, Rewards & Recognition, Advanced/Ad-hoc Reporting.
• Experience integrating Employee Central with EC Payroll and other systems, including Integration Center.
• Good understanding of HR Business Processes and Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation solutions following best practices.
• Design and support complex HR business processes and Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Perform gap analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Support SuccessFactors bi-annual upgrades and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with customers to understand current/future-state requirements and provide solution guidance.
