Job summary

cbs APAC is expanding its SAP consulting team in Australia. We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Consultant - FICO to deliver FI/CO solutions across Finance modules, participate in transformations and drive pre-sales discussions.

The role involves regional collaboration across APAC and global teams, with opportunities for cross-border projects and continuous learning. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of SAP FICO experience, strong English communication, and a history of successful SAP

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with strong hands-on SAP FI/CO.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes and SAP integration with other modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and CO is desirable.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, data migration and/or go-live activities.
• Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD and other SAP modules.
• Knowledge of interfaces, APIs, integrations or technical concepts such as ABAP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to work across Australia, APAC and global teams.
• A degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred.

• Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Support customers through post-go-live activities and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to pre-sales, solution discussions and customer engagements where required.
• Collaborate with SAP teams across Australia, APAC and the global cbs organisation.
