Job summary

cbs APAC is expanding its SAP consulting team in Australia and seeks an experienced SAP Senior MM Consultant to join our regional practice with Sydney and Brisbane clients. You will lead SAP MM design, configuration and integration efforts for procurement and inventory processes, while working across APAC teams and engaging stakeholders.

The role emphasizes ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and cross-border collaboration to deliver SAP transformation projects in a dynamic, global network.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands-on experience in SAP MM.
• Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, material valuation, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, data migration and/or go-live activities.
• Experience working with integrations, interfaces, APIs or third-party systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to work across Australia, APAC and global teams.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP implementation, transformation and optimisation projects.

• Work on integration between SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, EWM and other SAP modules, as well as third-party systems.
• Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Support customers through post-go-live activities and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to pre-sales, solution discussions and customer engagements where required.
• Collaborate with SAP teams across Australia, APAC and the global cbs organisation.
