CBS APAC, a leading SAP consulting group, is seeking an experienced SAP Senior EWM Consultant to join our Sydney/Brisbane team. You will deliver SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions for warehousing across Australia and APAC, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in EWM, strong MM/SD integration, and a track record in go-live and data migration. We offer an entrepreneurial environment with regional exposure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

6–10 years SAP consulting experience with strong hands-on SAP EWM.
Strong understanding of warehouse management, inbound/outbound and inventory movements.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA EWM implementations or transformations.
Experience with integrations, interfaces, APIs or third-party systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

Understand requirements across Warehouse Management and Logistics processes.
Deliver SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions for inbound/outbound operations, warehouse execution, and optimization.
Participate in SAP implementation, transformation and optimization projects.
Configure EWM solutions and translate business needs into functional designs.
Work on integration between EWM, MM, SD and other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Contribute to workshops, design, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live.
Prepare functional specs and support post-go-live improvements.
Support pre-sales and customer engagements; collaborate with cross-border SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements across Warehouse Management and Logistics processes.
Deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), supporting inbound and outbound operations, warehouse execution, inventory movements and warehouse optimisation.
Participate in SAP implementation, transformation and optimisation projects.
Configure SAP EWM solutions and translate business requirements into effective functional designs.
Work on integration between SAP EWM, MM, SD and other SAP modules, as well as third-party warehouse systems.
Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
Support customers through post-go-live activities and continuous improvement.
Contribute to pre-sales, solution discussions and customer engagements where required.
Collaborate with SAP teams across Australia, APAC and the global cbs organisation.

Qualifications and Skills

6–10 years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands‑on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including inbound and outbound operations, warehouse execution, inventory movements, and integration with other SAP modules.
Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation or transformation projects.
Experience in SAP configuration, testing, data migration and/or go-live activities.
Experience working with integrations, interfaces, APIs or third‑party systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to work across Australia, APAC and global teams.
A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
