Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia seeks a senior hands-on leader to architect and deliver SAP supply chain solutions across multiple programs. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will lead architecture, functional delivery, client advisory, capability development and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end SAP supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, process challenges and transformation objectives.
• Facilitate discovery, fit-to-standard and solution design workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs, configuration approaches and delivery roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing functional and solution guidance throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Lead supply chain workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, timely issue resolution and alignment with programme timelines.
• Provide direction on emerging SAP capabilities and how they can be applied to deliver measurable business value.
• Work across detailed design, configuration and execution activities when required.
• Coordinate solution decisions across functional, technical, data, integration and security teams.
• Lead or support the development of supply chain components within business cases, programme roadmaps and delivery estimates.
• Build and lead SAP supply chain capability areas, including strategic direction, recruitment, mentoring and career development.
• Support business development activities including estimation, Statement of Work development and client presentations.
• Manage solution risks, dependencies, design decisions and stakeholder communications across onshore and offshore teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• More than 15 years of SAP project experience.
• At least five full end-to-end SAP implementation cycles.
• Extensive functional and solution architecture experience across SAP Supply Chain.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Materials Management, including Material Requirements Planning.
• Experience across SAP Sales and Distribution, Integrated Business Planning and/or Extended Warehouse Management would be highly regarded.
• Proven experience holding functional lead and solution architect responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies, delivery phases and governance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage senior business stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Industry experience across FMCG, wholesale distribution, retail, energy and/or government sectors would be valuable.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, ideally with current security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
