Job summary

Whizdom seeks a Project Manager specialized in SAP SuccessFactors in Sydney. You will lead SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations, drive design workshops, and manage data flows across SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong stakeholder and team leadership are essential.

You will collaborate with Tier 1/2 Australian consulting teams to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions, and you will document functional requirements while ensuring client satisfaction and seamless deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to design and manage end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Australian consulting firms.
• Willingness to work in a Sydney-based contract role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leading practice functional and technical expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors including integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Support design workshops with stakeholders.
• Understanding of core data structures and data flows in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills to drive client issue resolution.
• Identify and implement solutions to gaps to meet business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and soft skills.

The end client is a large-scale operator within Australia's critical infrastructure sector, responsible for delivering essential services to millions of customers. The organisation is undertaking significant cyber security transformation initiatives focused on resilience, cloud security, operational technology (OT), and secure-by-design delivery.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will get the chance to participate in new and existing implementations, developed with cutting edge technology and tools.

You need to have a very solid SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors background with implementation experience including from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Australian-based consulting firms. Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, process design, planning, project management and managing execution of design to deploy activities.

Key Responsibilities
