Job summary

Sanitarium Health Food Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Supply Chain Team. You will process domestic and international orders via SAP, ensure accurate and timely processing, and work with internal teams and service providers to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

You will contribute to improvements, maintain SAP master data, and support stakeholders. The role prefers SAP experience and FMCG/logistics background; on-site with benefits like early finish

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using SAP is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience within FMCG, warehousing and logistics will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Processing domestic and international customer orders through SAP.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.
• Investigating and resolving supply and demand issues, ensuring accurate order processing and documentation.
• Contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and project initiatives.
• Maintaining SAP master data and keeping work instructions current.
