Job summary

Sanitarium Health Food Company is seeking an experienced SAP B2B Integration Specialist to implement and optimise SAP B2B solutions, ensuring reliable end‑to‑end transactions with trading partners. You’ll be the go‑to expert for SAP B2B and SD issues, driving seamless EDI and interface operations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance teams, write functional specifications for enhancements, and support testing, upgrades and project implementations to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in SAP B2B integrations and SAP SD.
• Strong understanding of IDocs, interfaces, and integration platforms.
• Solid knowledge of order-to-cash processes.
• Experience writing functional specifications and working with technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP B2B integrations including EDI and external partner platforms.
• Monitor and resolve interface issues between SAP and trading partners.
• Investigate and resolve system and transaction issues.
• Gather requirements and deliver functional specifications for enhancements.
• Support testing, upgrades, and project implementations.
