Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to steer large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will guide finance process design, lead fit-to-standard workshops, and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.

Qualifications

• More than eight years of experience delivering SAP Finance solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
• Experience completing at least two to three end-to-end SAP implementation programmes.
• Proven experience leading finance workstreams, work packages or delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of finance process design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, data and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment and post-go-live support activities.
• Ensure all workstream deliverables meet agreed quality, governance and acceptance standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating onshore and offshore SAP delivery resources.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and delivery management skills.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing or Document and Reporting Compliance would be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
