Job summary

We are currently seeking a WS Functional Specialist to join our Warehouse Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for a warehouse systems professional with experience in SAP Warehouse Management solutions to work at the intersection of operations and technology, delivering critical warehouse capabilities that support some of Australia's most complex supply chain environments.

This role is fully onsite and based at our Essendon Fields Head Office (VIC) or Adelaide Office at Regency Park.

What does the role look like?

As a WS Functional Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of Linfox's Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS). Working closely with operational leaders, technology teams and external partners, you'll help deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, enable growth and create value for our customers.

From new system implementations and upgrades to post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on our operations and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support WMS solution design, testing, deployment and operational support
• Partner with operations, IT and customers to deliver effective warehouse solutions
• Drive system implementations, upgrades, releases and post-go-live stabilisation
• Ensure solution quality, compliance and regulatory requirements are maintained
• Collaborate with project, testing and functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across WMS processes

• Experience with SAP EWM, WM, LE, SD, MM or comparable Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and supply chain processes
• Proven experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or production support
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with technical and operational stakeholders
• Proactive, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills
