Job summary

Cognizant seeks a senior Service Line Specialist Director to own and grow the SAP AI sales agenda in Australia & New Zealand. Based in Melbourne, you will carry your own quota and drive SAP AI-led engagements across S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, and BTP, partnering with delivery and AI practices to build a durable pipeline.

The role requires deep SAP domain knowledge and a proven history of closing complex IT services contracts, with executive-level negotiation and strategic deal shaping.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT services sales experience.
• Proven track record exceeding sales quotas.
• Deep SAP Business AI knowledge and Joule.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive an individual SAP AI sales quota for ANZ.
• Shape deal strategy and Joule adoption with client executives.
• Lead negotiations on multi-stakeholder IT services contracts.
• Coordinate with IEP, delivery, and data practices for joint solutions.
• Maintain a qualified SAP AI pipeline and forecast.
