Role Description This full-time on-site Salesperson role is based in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and present BBC Digital’s hardware, managed print, and software solutions in a consultative manner. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotes, following up on leads, and managing a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. The role involves collaborating with technical and support teams to ensure solutions are accurately scoped and implemented, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. The Salesperson will also contribute to sales reporting and forecasting and represent BBC Digital at local events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building with business clients.
• Experience in solution selling for technology, print, or workflow automation products and services.
• Ability to understand client operations, identify pain points, and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, both in-person and over digital channels.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and using office productivity software.
• Self-motivated approach, with strong time management, organization, and follow-through on leads.
• Prior experience in office equipment, managed print, or business software sectors is highly advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and capacity to travel to client sites around Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.
• Relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
