Job summary

Seers Digital is an Australian IT consulting firm delivering digital, automation and AI solutions. We are seeking a Salesforce UX/UI Designer to join a large-scale transformation for an Australian federal government organisation, remote anywhere in Australia.

You will translate business requirements into intuitive Salesforce experiences, lead discovery workshops, develop personas and user journeys, and ensure accessibility WCAG 2.1 AA while collaborating with Solution Architects and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience designing Salesforce UX/UI and translating analyses into practical design outcomes.
• Proven ability to run structured BA workshops and translate research into deliverables.
• Portfolio showing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs.

Responsibilities

Salesforce UX/UI Designer – Business Analysis & Discovery

The opportunity

Join our consulting team on a large-scale Salesforce transformation program for a highly regarded Australian federal government organisation. You will translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, accessible Salesforce experiences, working closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects and delivery teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery, structured BA-led workshops, user research and co-design activities.
• Develop personas, user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes.
• Create accessible designs aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA, client branding and Salesforce capabilities.
• Work with Solution Architects to address integration needs and ensure designs are technically feasible and ready for delivery.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories and features in Jira or equivalent tools.
• Document requirements, obtain Business Owner sign-off and support build teams throughout delivery.

What you’ll bring

• Proven Salesforce UX/UI design experience and strong business analysis skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating research into practical design outcomes.
• A portfolio demonstrating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and Salesforce configuration and customisation constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Australian federal government project experience would be highly regarded.
