Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projects.
• Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience).
• Exposure to the SDSP (Solution Design Services Programme).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems.
• Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs
• Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer at Seisma, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions across practice. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into simple and seamless user experiences.
