Qualifications

• Exposure to Salesforce or Application Support in cloud environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and use new supporting applications.
• Experience documenting system features and user guides.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and deliver user and system documentation.
• Triage and resolve level 1 support cases and transition level 2/3 to backlog for prioritisation.
