Job summary

DFP Recruitment seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our client’s Digital team within the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch. You will deliver digital solutions and contribute to major ICT programs that make a difference.

Responsibilities include establishing AI development capabilities using Claude Code in Salesforce, working with REST APIs, and leveraging Source Control tools with Jira in an Agile environment to deliver CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of Hands-on Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards.
• Experience with OOP, frameworks & design patterns.
• Experience with Source Control tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, GitHub) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations.

DFP is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our client’s Digital team within the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch. In this role, you will help deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose digital solutions and contribute to major ICT programs that make a meaningful difference.

Key responsibilities

• Establishment and development of AI development capabilities utilising Claude Code in Salesforce development
• Undertake work in REST APIs services
• Undertake work with Source Control tools (e.g. Gitlab, Bitbucket, GitHub) from a Claude Code context.
• Support work with Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket and Agile development tool sets.
• Essential criteria
• 3-5 Years of Hands-on Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
• Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns
• Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development, Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices.
• Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud implementations and familiar with Salesforce Governor limits.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.

Desirable

• Have successfully implemented minimum 3+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using an agile methodology
• Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Ominstudio Developer certified
• Demonstrable experience with AI, including Configuration and Customisation
