Job summary

Sliick is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager and Scrum Lead for a fully remote role based in Australia or the Philippines. You will own delivery from kickoff to go-live, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and run sprints with the team, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

You will work closely with architects, consultants, and developers, acting as the main client contact and ensuring clear communication of risks and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Project Delivery: Proven experience managing technology projects from kickoff to go-live, including scope, timelines, budget and change control.
• Scrum and Agile: Hands-on experience leading agile teams through sprints and ceremonies, and adapting the process to suit the project.
• Salesforce Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and how Salesforce projects are delivered, so you can follow design discussions and judge risk.
• Client Management: Confidence working directly with client stakeholders, including senior leaders, and handling difficult conversations well.
• Organisation: Strong planning and organisational skills, with close attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to explain status, risk and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timelines and budget: Plan the project, track progress against it, manage change requests and make sure the work stays within what was agreed.
• Lead the sprints: Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, and keep the backlog groomed and prioritised with the client.
• Clear the path: Spot risks and blockers early, resolve them or escalated them, and help the team stay focused on the work.
• Bring the team together: Work with architects, consultants and developers so everyone knows what is next and why.
• Deliver with AI: Use AI tools to work more effectively, and help shape how AI fits into our delivery process.

Run our Salesforce client projects from kickoff to go-live: own the client relationship, lead the sprints and keep delivery moving, in an AI-augmented way.

Delivery Australia or Philippines (Remote) Full-time

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Project Manager and Scrum Lead based in Australia or the Philippines. You will work closely with our CTA Founder, architects and developers, and be the main point of contact for our clients on each project.

You will own delivery from kickoff to go-live. That means managing scope, timelines and budget with the client, and running the sprints with the team. You know Salesforce well enough to understand what is being built and where the risks are, so you can have informed conversations with both clients and the technical team.

Salesforce delivery is changing fast, and we are excited to be part of it. AI is already part of how we analyse requirements, write and review code, test and document. We want someone who shares that excitement and wants to help shape how AI fits into the way we plan and run projects.

Preferred: AI Experience

• Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work.


• A genuine passion for working in an AI-augmented way, and good judgement about where AI output needs human review.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with project and backlog tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Asana.


• Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.


• Business analysis experience, such as running workshops or writing user stories.


• Scrum (CSM or PSM) or PMP certification.
