Job summary

Ingrity Pty in Sydney is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead a Service Cloud implementation. You will drive delivery across business stakeholders, BAs, and technical teams, owning end-to-end outcomes in a dynamic consultancy setting.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong stakeholder management, a clear delivery roadmap, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Salesforce Delivery Lead / Project Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience managing and working closely with Business Analysts.
• Strong business-facing PM skillset — translate between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations (discovery → go-live).
• Manage and guide Business Analysts, ensuring requirements are clear, structured, and aligned to delivery outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, driving alignment and managing expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent delivery rhythm across squads.
• Own delivery planning including roadmap, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Provide clear, structured updates and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure best practice across Salesforce delivery, governance, and release management.
• Drive a high-performance delivery culture focused on accountability and outcomes.

We’re partnering with a leading consultancy to bring on an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to drive a high-impact Service Cloud implementation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll sit at the centre of delivery — working across business stakeholders, BAs, and technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end execution.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of Salesforce delivery, acting as the bridge between business and technology. This role requires someone who can confidently lead from the front, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
